I had an issue at a gas station. I accidentally filled the fuel tank with diesel instead of petrol. I wasn’t able to continue my trip. I contacted car center AUTO AKSTĖ. The receptionist promised to send a technical assistance car. About 20 minutes later, a transporter came and took my and my car to the workshop. About 1.5 hours later, petrol was released from the fuel tank. They also filled in diesel and changed the fuel filter. I was satisfied with the service.
I only wish there was a replacement car for such extra situations. Because I was told that I would have to ask for a replacement car in advance. Due to this, I couldn’t come to a meeting in Vilnius….
I had an accident.
It happened because of a car that was insured by Lietuvos draudimas. On the list the insurance company gave me, there was UAB AKSTĖ – Servisas. The way they accepted me and inspected the car made an impression. I have no complaints on the quality of their work. I just thought that the repair could have been quicker.
